  1. After the delivery of completed work, we do not make any refunds because of the fact that our content and output is easily reproducible by anyone.
  2. Your payment will only be refunded to you if we have not started working on your project yet. In such a case, you are entitled to a full refund.
  3. Other than that, you can demand a refund in the rare instance of missed deadlines or failure of our team to produce the desired output.
  4. If your request for refund is because of failure on our part to produce the desired output, you are entitled to unlimited revisions. We will try our best to accommodate your needs and make any and all changes. We strive for customer satisfaction and guarantee you full support and cooperation in making amendments to your work.
  5. If we have started on your work and partially completed it, then your payment will be refunded to you in partial amount in case of a refund request. This means that your payment will be refunded to you for the work that is still left incomplete. We require 2-3 working days to process your request for refund.
  6. Demands for refund must be made to our website via e-mail, and you should specify the reason along with your demand. If you demand a refund before we have started your work, you must do so within 48 hours of assigning it. Similarly, if your demand for refund is due to the fact that we are unable to deliver you the assigned work, then again the request should be made within 48 hours of delivery. After that, no requests will be entertained.
